Fun to say, fun to eat. This is our new favourite treat (we’re poets, and yes we know it). If you know what we’re talking about, you’re part of the exclusive inner Birmingham circle who have discovered this delicious baked good. BUT WHAT IS A CINNABUFFIN’ ?! , we hear you yell. Well, we won’t keep you in suspense any longer. The Cinnabuffin. A heavenly cross between Cinnamon Bun and Muffin, and brain child of co-owner and star baker, Farah. A cinnamony, sticky, sweet (but not too sweet), flaky, twisty knot of baked goodness. We don’t think there are enough words in the dictionary to describe the beauty of this delicious treat, there’s only one way to truly understand the deliciousness and that is to go try one for yourself. Cold or Warm. They are such a treat!
Since we first opened, we have been making waves throughout South Birmimgham, thanks in part to the amazing quality of coffee and treats available, If you’re yet to discover Pause, you NEED to go right that wrong and discover the glorious Cinnabuffin for yourself.
